Your first visit includes a thorough mobility and safety assessment looking at your balance, walking pattern, muscle strength, and home setup. We’ll discuss your goals and daily routines, then create a personalized plan to improve strength, stability, and safety around your home.
Follow-up sessions may include:
Progressive strengthening and balance exercises
Gait training and outdoor walking practice
Fall-prevention drills and coordination activities
Functional mobility practice (stairs, transfers, reaching)
Education for you and your family about safety and pacing
